We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth in the Corporate Interiors and Office Fit-Outs segment. This leadership role will be instrumental in identifying and securing high-value opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through the Design & Build / Turnkey Interiors vertical. The ideal candidate will have a robust network, particularly among International Project Consultants (IPCs), corporate stakeholders, and decision-makers in the real estate and interiors ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams across design, estimation, and project execution to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic acumen, industry knowledge, and proven business development expertise. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Strategy Lead business development initiatives for Design & Build / Turnkey interior projects in the commercial, corporate, and hospitality sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, real estate developers, PMC firms, architects, and IPCs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Heads, Facility Heads, Project Leaders , and decision-makers. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Architectural Firms, PMC Companies, IPCs, Real Estate Developers, and Direct Clients . Maintain and leverage strong connects with CEOs and Directors of IPCs and key industry players to drive new business. Deliver impactful sales presentations showcasing our capabilities in Design & Build services, workplace solutions, and modular furniture . Sales & Contract Negotiation Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and pre-qualification documentation . Negotiate and finalize contracts for Turnkey interior projects , architectural products, and furniture solutions. Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Design, Estimation, and Project Execution teams to develop proposals and ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and review BOQs for Modular Furniture and Interior Products as per client requirements. Ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction during execution. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within Corporate Interiors / Office Fit-Outs / Turnkey Projects . Strong background in contract negotiation, client servicing, and strategic planning . Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills . Proven ability to build and manage relationships with IPCs, PMC firms, architects, and corporate stakeholders. Experience in handling RFPs , project costing, and BOQ preparation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
