Job Description

Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Schedule regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist the sales team in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Analyze competition and suggest strategies for customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or client management.
  • Ability to track and improve customer satisfaction metrics (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
