we are hiring customer service executives for multiple voice and semi-voice processes with leading companies in thane, turbhe, airoli, and vikhroli locations. candidates with average to good communication skills and willingness to work in customer support or calling roles are welcome to apply.
handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and service support
assist with order updates, payment or delivery issues, and general information
maintain professional communication and ensure good customer experience
follow process guidelines and documentation standards
achieve daily and weekly calling targets
minimum qualification hsc or graduate
freshers or experienced candidates with bpo or customer service background
average to good english or hindi communication skills
comfort with calling and majority day shifts also rotational shifts in some cases.
work from office role only
