Interact with international customers through chat support
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain service quality standards and performance metrics
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
HSC pass or graduate (freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (work from office Airoli)
