Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive at our company located in Mohali, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat and blended processes. Your role will involve providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through chat and blended processes - Provide support and assistance to customers - Address customer queries and concerns in a timely manner - Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Customer-centric approach - Willingness to work in rotational shifts Please note that cabs will be provided for your commute to work.
