About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance global communication skills for teams supporting game services. The role involves delivering V&A, business communication, and soft skills training, customizing content for global standards, and providing individual coaching to improve communication excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct V&A and communication training for new hires and existing employees.
• Customize training content for US/UK English and gaming scenarios.
• Design modules, assessments, and feedback sessions to improve communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and support recruitment/onboarding.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in V&A/communication training (BPO/KPO/Game Services preferred).
• Graduate/Postgraduate in English/Linguistics (or equivalent experience).
• Native/near-native English proficiency with expertise in neutralization and global accents.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• TESOL/CELTA/V&A certifications preferred.
