Visual Merchandising Manager

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Chandukaka Saraf, your role involves conceptualizing and implementing creative window displays to attract and engage customers. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and manage in-store presentation to enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include supervising inventory presentation, monitoring store layouts, and coordinating with internal teams to support overall store performance and visual identity. Key Responsibilities: - Creative development of seasonal visual merchandising in-store for all jewelry categories - Creation of SOPs for VM, planograms, and working on base stock with the Design and Sales team - Ensuring consistent brand image through effective visual merchandising at the store level - Interacting with Store and design team to ensure the layout and interior - Facilitating directions and guidelines of VM for all jewelry categories - Collaborating with Branch/Store Managers and directing them as required - Developing a team of Visual Merchandisers at the store level to maintain consistent VM look - Driving store upkeep with the Operations team - Working closely with Advertising, Merchandising Team, and Sales Team to maximize market opportunity - Providing VM training on a seasonal and regular basis to sales staff & Operations Team - Traveling regularly for market visits and observing benchmark brands and market trends in VM - Supporting new product launches and initiatives through VM - Generating fresh display ideas using varied materials and maintaining a collaborative mindset Qualifications Required: - Creative with a strong visual sense and a good eye for composition - Experience in visual merchandising in the jewelry domain is an add-on - Fashion styling sense and up-to-date with fashion trends in the market - Problem-solving skills in VM operations and ownership in troubleshooting - Significant contribution to new store openings from a VM and projects point of view - Good planning, organization, and communication skills to manage projects on a scheduled timeline - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a passion for design and fashion Please note that the experience in the Jewelry Industry is a must for this role at Chandukaka Saraf.
