Own and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across touchpoints. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, offline, influencer, and retail channels. Collaborate with digital teams for performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns. Product Launches & Innovation: Partner with R&D and product teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products. Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify gaps and trends. Consumer Insights & Market Research: Leverage data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to drive brand and product decisions. Conduct focus groups, surveys, and research to understand evolving consumer behavior. Sales & Distribution Alignment: Work closely with sales and trade marketing teams to drive in-store visibility and BTL activations. Monitor brand performance in modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance, brand health metrics, and ROI to inform future strategies. Present monthly/quarterly reports to senior leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 3–5 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods. Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Experience with D2C, e-commerce, and digital-first campaigns is a plus. Passion for health & wellness and understanding of modern consumer trends.
