The Sales Counselor will be responsible for customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, sales, and organization skills to effectively promote and sell MAAC's career courses. The role involves engaging with potential students, providing information about courses, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills Doing follow ups on all leads & visited enquiries and handling counselling to generate sales Sales and Organization Skills Experience in sales or customer service roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Responsible for all target and profitability Experience in the education or training industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
