Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with candidates (students and working professionals) through calls, emails, and counseling sessions to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and interests.
• Provide personalized guidance by assessing candidates’ skills, strengths, and goals, and recommending suitable courses, universities, or career pathways.
• Educate candidates on program offerings, fee structures, curriculum details, and potential career outcomes to help them make informed decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering mentorship and support throughout the candidate’s decision-making and enrollment journey.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate profiles, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals related to counseling effectiveness, enrollments, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student support.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Basic understanding of education trends, upskilling programs, and career development pathways is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
