This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of branding, marketing, and event-related design projects for high-profile corporate and sporting events. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of design principles across digital and print mediums. Proven experience working on small and large-scale events (corporate events, family days, expo stall designs, sporting event) with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), CorelDRAW, Ai tools. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding. Experience designing for print, digital, environmental graphics, and motion graphics is a plus. Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
