About the Role

Joveo is looking for an exceptionally creative graphic designer to join our fast-growing team. As a designer at Joveo, you’ll own the creation and management of our marketing and brand assets across digital and print. You’ll combine creative artistry with cutting-edge AI-powered design tools to produce stunning visuals that enhance user experience, elevate our storytelling, and ensure brand consistency across every channel and touchpoint.

We are an AI-native recruitment marketing platform, and we expect our design team to reflect the same. That means leveraging tools like OpenArt.AI, Nano Banana, and other generative design platforms to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team to deliver high-impact design across digital and print media.
• Conceptualize and create graphics for the website, blogs, social media, collateral, etc.
• Design landing pages and collateral (whitepapers, datasheets, etc.) that blend creativity with clarity.
• Produce compelling presentations, infographics, and event/tradeshow assets.
• Collaborate with the Web Developer on UI/UX design for the corporate website.
• Incorporate AI-powered creative tools (e.g., OpenArt.AI, Nano Banana, generative design platforms) into the design workflow to accelerate production and expand creative possibilities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and formats.
• Stay ahead of design trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously evolve Joveo’s brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; design degree preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., OpenArt.AI, Nano Banana, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) and eagerness to experiment with new technologies.
• 3+ years of design experience in a B2B tech company or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-augmented design work.
• Experience designing web pages, collateral, and social/digital assets.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Video production/editing expertise is a plus.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.
