Visual Designer

We are seeking a creative and strategic Visual designer with 5 to 8 years of experience in crafting compelling visual identities, digital assets, and brand experiences across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design systems, coupled with strong execution skills in marketing and communication design. You will play a key role in defining and maintaining the visual language of the brand while supporting digital, product, and campaign teams with world-class creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve design systems and visual languages that unify the brand across product and communication platforms.
• Work closely with product design teams to ensure seamless visual integration across web and mobile experiences.
• Create iconography, illustrations, and graphic elements for digital interfaces.
• Explore modern visual trends, including motion, 3D, and generative design to elevate brand storytelling.
• Ensure visual coherence between marketing materials, interfaces, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Participate in creative strategy sessions, bringing visual perspective to brand and product discussions.
• Lead the design and development of visual assets for digital, print, and event campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create high-quality brochures, reports, infographics, pitch decks, and multimedia collaterals.
• Mentor junior designers, review their work, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee the creation of campaign visuals, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising design quality.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch for visual system creation and collaboration.
• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools is a plus.
• Experience with digital assets for marketing, social media, and UI environments.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for different digital screens.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into cohesive, scalable visual systems.
• Knowledge of visual accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer, preferably in creative agencies or digital product companies.
• Proven experience in creating and managing brand identities, design systems, and campaign visuals.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, layout design, and brand communication.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with marketing, content, and product teams.
