Visual Content Designer (Design + Video)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Content Designer who can handle both static design and light video editing to support the company’s thought leadership and brand presence. 

This role focuses on creating clean, professional, and credible visual content that communicates business ideas clearly and consistently across social platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

Design 

• Create minimalist visuals for LinkedIn posts, including carousels, frameworks, diagrams, and charts 
• Translate business and strategic ideas into clear visual storytelling 
• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, tone) 
• Create and manage reusable design templates 
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to align visuals with messaging 

Video Editing 

• Edit talking-head and presentation-style videos for social platforms 
• Add clean, readable subtitles aligned with brand guidelines 
• Cut long-form recordings into short, high-impact clips 
• Ensure strong pacing, visual clarity, and audio quality 
• Format and optimize videos for LinkedIn and other professional platforms 

What We’re Looking For 

• 3+ years experience in content design, brand design, or visual communication 
• Comfortable handling both static design and basic video editing 
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, consulting, or professional services brands 
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy 
• Ability to simplify complex ideas visually 
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in delivery 
• Proactively monitor content and design trends and apply them effectively to enhance audience relevance and engagement

Tools & Skills 

Design: 

• Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent design tools 

Video: 

• TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar 

Additional Skills: 

• Captioning and subtitle tools  
• Understanding of social media formats and content optimization, especially LinkedIn 
• Basic knowledge of branding systems and visual identity standards 

Nice to Have 

• Experience working with founders, executives, or B2B leadership teams 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content best practices 
• Basic understanding of branding systems
