Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Recruit, train, and manage a

    virtual team of inside sales associates

    (5 to 10+).
  • Set up

    scripts, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards

    .
  • Monitor productivity and ensure timely reporting.

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Convert

    marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

    into

    sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs)

    .
  • Conduct prospect research, outreach, and

    first-level discovery calls

    .
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for field sales / application teams.

Customer Engagement Support

  • Manage

    multi-channel communication

    (calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp for APAC).
  • Ensure fast response times and superior

    prospect experience

    .
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Process & Tools

  • Implement and manage

    CRM systems, call tracking, and analytics dashboards

    .
  • Ensure proper documentation of all lead interactions.
  • Provide performance insights and pipeline visibility to senior management

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Lead-to-opportunity qualification rate.
  • Volume of meetings/demo appointments scheduled.
  • SLA compliance (response time ≤24 hrs).
  • Accuracy and hygiene of CRM data.
  • Team productivity and adherence to scripts/KPIs.

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing

    BPO / inside sales teams

    (5+ members).
  • Background in

    lead qualification, telesales, or customer engagement

    (life sciences / healthcare / SaaS preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools

    (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong

    communication, leadership, and process management skills

    .
  • Ability to manage remote teams across

    global time zones

    .
