Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Videographer & Video Editor with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in producing compelling video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling ability, expertise in camera operation and editing software, and a keen understanding of platform-specific video formats. This role demands both artistic vision and operational discipline to deliver high-impact multimedia assets that align with brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities – Videographer & Video Editor

Videography & Production Tasks

  • Plan and execute video shoots for product showcases, marketing collateral and promotional campaigns
  • Operate professional video equipment including professionals cameras, lighting, and audio gear
  • Capture high-quality footage with attention to framing, lighting, and sound clarity
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including location setup, talent direction, and equipment handling

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro & After Effects or Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement
  • Create short-form content such as reels, shorts, and highlight clips for social media
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and backups of all video assets

Platform Optimization & Collaboration

  • Adapt video content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) with correct aspect ratios and durations
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align video output with campaign goals
  • Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithms
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling

Operational Discipline

  • Work within strictly constructed timelines to meet production and publishing deadlines
  • Handle vendor coordination for outsourced shoots, equipment rentals, or post-production support
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and quality standards


Eligibility Criteria – Videographer & Video Editor

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in videography and video editing roles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video formats and editing styles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with social media video formats, aspect ratios, and publishing requirements
  • Professional integrity and commitment to brand consistency
