Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Capture professional, high-quality videos for marketing, branding, events, campaigns, and client showcases.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and plan creative video ideas.
Take initiative in gathering scripts, briefs, and post-production requirements.
Organize and manage video shoots, including setup and coordination.
Edit, enhance, and finalize videos using industry-standard tools while maintaining WebCastle’s branding guidelines.
Work closely with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to bring concepts to life.

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Good understanding of lighting, sound, and shooting techniques.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Possession of a personal camera and lens will be considered a strong advantage.
