About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging personal branding videos for founders, influencers, and professionals. You’ll work closely with our content and creative team to craft short-form videos that build authority, tell stories, and connect emotionally with audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form personal branding videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube clips, etc.) in storytelling and conversational style.

• Add captions, B-rolls, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance retention and engagement.

• Maintain brand tone and personality consistency across multiple clients/founders.

• Repurpose long-form podcasts, shoots, or webinars into viral micro-content.

• Collaborate with content strategists and copywriters for hook-based storytelling.

• Stay updated on trending formats, transitions, and editing styles used by top creators.

• Deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience editing talking-head, vlog, or podcast-style videos.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.

• Eye for pacing, framing, music selection, and on-screen emotion.

• Creative storytelling and ability to adapt tone to different founders/personalities.

• Bonus: Familiarity with After Effects, CapCut, or Descript for quick repurposing.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of professional editing experience (agency or creator-based).

• Obsessed with creators like Ali Abdaal, Raj Shamani, Sorav Jain, or Varun Mayya.

• Has an aesthetic sense for personal branding and attention-to-detail editing.

• Organized, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple projects.
