Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished videos for academic resources, marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
Incorporate visual effects, transitions, text overlays, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
Ensure consistent style, tone, and quality across all video projects in line with the universitys branding guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and storyboard video content for promotional materials, events, and educational initiatives.
Perform color correction, sound editing, and mastering to maintain professional-grade video outputs.
Operate and maintain video editing software or similar tools.
Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to align video content with institutional goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years in video editing, preferably in an educational.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of video editing software and tools.
