Video Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Content Producer to join our marketing team. This role owns the entire video lifecycle, from initial concept and scripting through to final editing and distribution. You will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality video content that drives engagement, supports our brand narrative, and meets specific marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ideate and develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts aligned with campaign goals.
• Production Management: Oversee all pre-production and production logistics, including scheduling, talent coordination, location scouting, and managing equipment.
• Filming & Execution: Operate professional video, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for various formats (e.g., short-form social videos, long-form educational content, testimonials).
• Post-Production Mastery: Execute all aspects of post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound design/mixing, and creating necessary motion graphics or text overlays.
• Format Optimization: Ensure all final video assets are correctly optimized (length, aspect ratio, file size) for target platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and website embeds.
• Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of video footage, project files, and final assets for future use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ of professional experience in video production, editing, or a related multimedia role.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro).
• Motion Graphics: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations is highly preferred.
• Equipment Knowledge: Solid understanding of professional video cameras, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse video portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, editing skills, and proficiency across various content formats.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
