Role Overview We are seeking a Full Stack AI Developer with 1–3 years of experience to work on AI-driven applications and web-based search solutions. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who want to contribute to both full stack web development and AI/LLM projects, especially with hands-on exposure to prompt engineering and vector database usage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications (front-end + back-end). Build and integrate AI/ML solutions, focusing on LLMs, NLP, and web-based search applications. Hands-on development and integration using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.) for semantic and similarity search. Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and API integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable product features. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code in JavaScript (React/Angular), Python, and back-end frameworks (Node.js). Work with REST APIs, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and structured/unstructured data (JSON). Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, search systems, and full stack development. Participate in agile development cycles, testing, debugging, and deployments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in software development with exposure to both AI/LLMs and web applications. Hands-on experience with: Front-end: JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or similar). Back-end: Node.js. Databases: MySQL, or PostgreSQL. AI/ML: Python with libraries like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, Sentence-Transformers. Vector Databases: Practical experience using Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar for semantic search and retrieval. Practical knowledge of prompt engineering and working with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a product-focused environment. Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. Good to Have Experience in advanced web-based search technologies (Elasticsearch, hybrid search systems). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for app and model deployment. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes. Knowledge of secure coding practices and accessibility standards.
