Your main responsibility will be to ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for various social media platforms and campaigns. You will capture product storytelling, unboxing, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and festive content in visually compelling formats. It will be essential for you to align all content with the brand voice, values, and marketing calendar. Staying updated with Instagram and YouTube trends is crucial to ensure the content remains fresh and relatable for parents and kids. Additionally, you will work closely with the design and marketing team for campaign-specific videos and coordinate with influencers for barter video content. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for social media and campaigns. - Capture product storytelling, unboxing, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and festive content. - Learn the craft of making AI videos and lead the change. - Align all content with brand voice, values, and marketing calendar. - Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube trends. - Work closely with the design and marketing team for campaign-specific videos. - Coordinate with influencers for barter video content and package it if required. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in video content creation, reels, editing, and basic motion graphics. - Hands-on experience with editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc. - Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual aesthetics. - Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content platforms. - Good communication skills to coordinate with influencers professionally. - Bonus: Interest or familiarity with Indian culture, parenting content, or D2C brand storytelling.
