Role Overview We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to own and manage the entire recruitment cycle. You will work closely with founders and team leads to identify talent needs, source candidates, run interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Create and post job descriptions across hiring platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referral programs Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up regularly Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience Support onboarding and documentation for new hires Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs Maintain HR records and uphold recruitment process standards Requirements 1–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (startup experience is a bonus) Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once Knowledge of hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to experiment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
