About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Ad Operations Manager to oversee and streamline advertising execution across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.). This role focuses on end-to-end ad operations—from planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization.

Panda’s Box is a maker of concept toys and learning aids aimed at introducing young children to the world of cultural learning. We are the pioneers of Mantra Chanting Plush Deities in the Indian market; conceptualized & designed with the intent of connecting young minds to their Indian roots & value system from an early age. We are also in the process of building out a range of products which will bring our ancient wisdom to a child’s rescue in everyday decision making.


Key Responsibilities:

·     Own end-to-end ad operations for all marketplace and quick commerce advertising platforms.

·     Manage campaign setup, pacing, budget tracking, and day-to-day execution across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, First Cry Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Big Basket and Swiggy IM Ads.

·     Coordinate with internal marketing, design, catalog, and supply teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.

·     Monitor ad delivery, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement optimizations based on performance trends.

·     Maintain platform hygiene by managing listings, ASIN readiness, promotions, and campaign compliance.

·     Collaborate with account managers at marketplaces to leverage promotional slots, brand days, and seasonal opportunities.

·     Track key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and TACoS.

·     Generate regular performance reports and insights dashboards for internal and leadership review.

·     Keep up-to-date with ad tech tools and marketplace algorithm updates.



Qualifications & Skills:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·     3+ years of hands-on ad operations experience in e-commerce or digital advertising.

·     Strong understanding of advertising workflows on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.

·     Expertise in campaign management tools, dashboards, and ad consoles.

·     High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools.

·     Ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously.

·     Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
