Main Accountabilities:
The British Council is looking for a Video Call Speaking Associate to support the delivery of English Language Proficiency examinations in a 24×7 operational environment based in Noida (NCR). This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant and high-quality exam delivery through effective service support, strong stakeholder coordination and a high level of operational accuracy.
The post holder will support day-to-day operations by enabling seamless service delivery across multiple time zones. The role involves scheduling and allocating speaking tests for Global Hub Examiners, sharing results with test centres, sending apportionment timetables and supporting examiners during live tests. Acting as the first point of contact, the associate will assist examiners who experience technical or hardware issues, following defined troubleshooting guides to triage and resolve test-day challenges. The role also includes carrying out super-user tasks, supporting centre requests for examiner allocation, and acting as a key interface between examiners, the Global Examiner Hub, and GIS or China-based support teams.
A strong focus on quality and compliance is essential. The associate will ensure strict adherence to agreed process guidelines, meet and exceed defined KPIs, process transactions accurately, and contribute to continual improvement initiatives. Supporting managers with the implementation of new processes, scheduling training events, practice sessions and assessments for Video Call Speaking examiners also forms part of the role. The associate will respond professionally and knowledgeably to internal enquiries, using sound judgement and analysis to understand business needs and provide timely, high-quality support.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a globally trusted organisation and contribute directly to the secure, efficient and high-quality delivery of English language examinations.
Qualification and Experience/skills:
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 0-6 months work experience.

A connected and trusted UK in a more connected and trusted world.
