Vice President – Transformation (Investment Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex

  front-to-back office transformation programs

  independently, driving regulatory and strategic change initiatives
• Own

  end-to-end project delivery

  from business case development to successful outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  senior stakeholders

  across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology
• Drive governance including

  SteerCo meetings

  , executive reporting, RAID management, and decision facilitation
• Analyze current

  end-to-end business processes and system flows

  , producing clear and concise documentation
• Partner with technology teams to define and document

  target-state architectures and process flows

• Identify opportunities for

  process optimization, STP improvements, and platform modernization

• Ensure standardization of

  project and change management practices

  aligned with organizational goals
• Prepare

  weekly and monthly project status reports

  , highlighting risks, dependencies, trends, and mitigation plans
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and contribute to building overall transformation capability

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience

  in Investment Banking transformation, consulting, or large-scale change programs
• Strong understanding of

  Capital Markets

  , including

  Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives

• Hands-on experience managing

  end-to-end trade lifecycle initiatives

  (execution to settlement)
• Proven experience delivering

  front-to-back office transformation programs

• Exposure to

  trade processing platforms

  such as Broadridge, Summit, or Kondor+
• Market data experience with

  Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or ICE

• Experience with

  STP initiatives

  , regulatory change, and/or platform modernization
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management experience
• Ability to operate in both

  Agile and Waterfall

  delivery models (JIRA exposure preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  ;

  PowerBI / Alteryx

  exposure is a plus
