Role Summary


customer acquisition and enterprise sales

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales Leadership


  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in India through strategic enterprise sales.


  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority industries (automotive, supply chain, BFSI, real estate, manufacturing, etc.).


  • Negotiate and close large, complex deals with C-level executives.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management


  • Act as the

    face of VDart Digital in India

    , representing the organization with clients, partners, and industry associations.


  • Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with enterprise customers and MNCs.


  • Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across all engagements.


GCC Solutions & Expansion


  • Lead the positioning and sale of

    GCC build, operate, and transfer (BOT) models

    and other offshore delivery capabilities.


  • Collaborate with global delivery centers in India, Malaysia, and the UAE to align client needs with execution.


Strategic Leadership


  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies for India.


  • Represent VDart Digital at key industry forums, events, and panels.


  • Work directly with the CEO and global leadership team on growth strategy and execution.


Qualifications & Experience


  • 15+ years

    of progressive experience in

    enterprise sales, client partnerships, and business development

    within IT services, digital transformation, or consulting.


  • Proven success in selling to

    large enterprise and MNC clients

    across industries.


  • Strong background in positioning and selling

    GCC/offshore delivery models

    .


  • Deep understanding of technology services including

    AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms etc.

    .


  • Strong CXO-level network in India with the ability to open new doors and build long-term partnerships.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence.


  • Must be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally as required.


  • Flexibility to work across global time zones and outside standard business hours

    to engage with clients and global teams.
