Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing (VP - Marketing) at Ara's Client, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing initiatives and taking the company to the next level. You will be responsible for developing compelling product marketing strategies, engaging the target audience through content and community building, driving demand generation campaigns, providing sales enablement, and fostering client relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in growing a high-performing marketing team and optimizing marketing processes for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: - Craft product marketing strategies to differentiate the platform from competitors and ensure resonance with target audiences. - Lead content marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and videos to engage the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). - Design and execute innovative demand generation campaigns and events to drive growth. - Develop impactful sales tools and resources to educate internal and partner Sales teams on product value. - Build competitive intelligence to refine marketing strategies and enhance market differentiation. - Establish and nurture Client and Influencer Advisory Councils to deepen engagement and act as a product evangelist. - Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, focusing on collaboration and data-driven execution. - Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals and manage the marketing budget efficiently. Qualifications & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS companies. - Proven track record in scaling marketing efforts in B2B environments from Series B to Series D. - Deep expertise in product marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and community building. - Strong understanding of Retail Media, AdTech, or related industries is a plus. - Exceptional communication, storytelling, analytical, and data-savvy skills. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative culture. - Familiarity with marketing technologies, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms. ,
