Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Vice President of Wealth Management. The role involves leading and managing the organization’s wealth management services, developing strategic financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, driving investment strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of tailored investment solutions. The Vice President will also collaborate with the Research & Advisory team to design cost-effective investment portfolios and contribute to the growth and excellence of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Wealth Management and Sales Management to set quotas, meet targets, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, performance tracking, and process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of Business Development to identify opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand market reach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively analyze sales metrics.


We are looking for a dynamic Wealth Management Sales Leader who can join us along with a strong team of Wealth Relationship Managers.


Industry Background: Broking, Wealth Management, AMC, or Wealth Banking

2. Wealth Products – PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Fixed Income, FDs

4. Debt & Advisory – Debt Advisory, Fixed Income Strategies

5. Insurance – Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance

6. Alternatives – REITs/InvITs, Alternative Funds, Real Estate, Private Equity.
