Vice President of Products

Job Title: VP - Products – AI & SaaS Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a visionary VP - Products with a strong background in AI and SaaS to lead the full product lifecycle of our cutting-edge solutions. This is a high-impact role that involves close collaboration with the Founders and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation to launch, optimization, and scaling. Build and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the Founders on strategic initiatives and high-priority decisions. Define and implement AI capabilities across core business functions . Create and refine AI prompts and features to drive intelligent user experiences. Collaborate with Development, Data Engineering , and Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution. Leverage Azure cloud services for product and data infrastructure where applicable. Drive product-led growth and support sales enablement efforts. Translate data-driven insights into scalable product features. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with strong leadership and management practices. Requirements Overall experience of 13+ years in developing custom products with 3+ years on Tech Leadership within a SaaS firm. 7+ years of experience in Product Management , with SaaS and AI-based product background. Proven track record managing and scaling end-to-end SaaS products . Experience working with large datasets and data-driven product decision-making. Strong understanding of prompt engineering for AI applications. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and modern data architectures. Deep understanding of the intersection between AI, Product, and Business Strategy . Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies. Exposure to sales processes and ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
