Vice President of Products

As a VP Products at NewBridge, you will play a crucial role in leading the product strategy, development, and management for our fintech platforms, LoanBook and DepositBook. Your responsibilities will include defining a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with our business objectives, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, conducting market research and gathering customer insights, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for translating market and customer requirements into detailed product specifications, working closely with UX/UI designers and engineers to ensure clarity and feasibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define testing strategies and ensure rigorous testing of new features, as well as monitor key product metrics to analyze performance data and iterate on products to achieve business goals and user satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role at a SaaS company. You should have demonstrable experience with financial technology products, agile development methodologies, and product management best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, direct experience with loan syndication processes, platforms, or related financial instruments, and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
