Job Description

Role Overview:

The role is urgent and will drive leasing for our upcoming Grade A commercial office portfolio totalling 2+million sq. ft. across Navi Mumbai and Thane.

The candidate must have strong occupier relationships, IPC connectivity, and proven deal-closure experience in mid-to-large office transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead office leasing strategy for Grade A commercial assets in Navi Mumbai & Thane.
  • Build and execute the pre-leasing roadmap for upcoming assets.
  • Position the assets competitively through market intelligence, pricing analysis, and occupier targeting.

Business Development & Deal Closures

  • Generate, manage, and convert leads across MNCs, GCCs, BFSI, Tech, Consulting, and large Indian corporates.
  • Drive the end-to-end leasing process: pitch presentations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Independently close deals in the 30,000300,000 sq. ft. range.

Ecosystem & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with IPCs (JLL, CBRE, C&W, Colliers, Savills).
  • Engage regularly with CRE heads, CXOs, tenant-rep brokers, and consultants.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams—Projects, Design, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

Commercial Structuring

  • Draft and negotiate LOIs, term sheets, and lease deeds with internal legal.
  • Structure commercials including rentals, escalations, lock-ins, deposits, and fitout conditions.
  • Ensure deals align with financial approvals and business targets.

Leasing Operations

  • Maintain detailed MIS, dashboards, weekly updates, and management reporting.
  • Oversee site readiness, walkthroughs, presentations, and transaction documentation.
  • Support marketing and branding initiatives for corporate leasing visibility.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • Exactly 8 years of experience in office leasing (strict condition).
  • Experience must be within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
  • Proven track record of closing large office transactions.
  • Robust network with IPCs and corporate occupiers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making capability.
  • Deep understanding of MMR office micro-markets including Navi Mumbai & Thane.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and manage high-volume deal pipelines.
  • High energy, self-driven, and target oriented.
