Vice President Finance

As a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience as a qualified CA / CMA / CPA, you will be responsible for a wide range of key responsibilities. Your duties will include creating financial reports for each business unit, developing growth-oriented MIS and updating relevant matrices regularly. You will oversee the F & A functions of all holding companies and conduct financial evaluations of each business every quarter. Furthermore, you will be tasked with compiling group financial results on a quarterly basis. Your role will involve liaising with banks, institutions, and external investors, as well as reviewing internal audits of each business unit. You will assess the feasibility of each business and collaborate with key management teams for strategic reviews. Ensuring compliance with board meeting and secretarial requirements for each business is also a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and analyzing funding and cash flow at the group level, as well as meeting compliance obligations for all businesses in a timely manner. Managing relationships with foreign banks and institutions for funding and investments will be part of your duties, along with designing divestment plans through PE funding or IPO. Exploring business funding options to support the growth of each business unit and overseeing the management and reporting of personal portfolio investments in India and Canada will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for maintaining standard financial upkeep of personal banking needs, tax planning across the group and for promoter holding companies, and tax planning for key family members in India and Canada. Moreover, you will be expected to prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws. Managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, assessing and optimizing the company's capital structure, and evaluating financing options will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in investment analysis, treasury and tax management, team leadership, and stakeholder relations.
