We’re looking for a visionary strategist — someone who combines creative intuition, brand
planning expertise, and business acumen. As VP- Brand Strategy & Creative Intelligence, you’ll
not only craft the strategic and creative roadmap for brands but also drive account growth,
revenue mapping, and business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commercial impact. You’ll be
responsible for ensuring that the agency’s ideas and strategies translate into measurable
business success — both for our clients and for the organization.
Strategic Leadership
● Lead the strategic planning and creative thinking function across key client portfolios.
● Design and implement brand and communication strategies that solve real business
challenges.
● Use data, consumer insights, and cultural trends to shape actionable brand narratives
and campaign platforms.
● Partner with leadership and creative teams to develop breakthrough campaigns that
are both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.
Business & Revenue Growth
● Build and own revenue mapping and strategic growth plans for key client accounts.
● Identify opportunities for organic account growth through new initiatives, digital
transformation, and brand innovation.
● Work closely with the business and client servicing teams to forecast, monitor, and
deliver revenue targets.
● Contribute to new business pitches, ensuring strategic rigor and creative
differentiation.
● Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them align brand actions with broader
business goals.
Creative Partnership
● Collaborate closely with Creative Directors to transform insights into powerful creative
territories and ideas.
● Ensure that every creative output is rooted in strategy and connected to measurable
brand KPIs.
● Encourage experimentation and storytelling that drive both brand equity and
business performance.
Leadership & Mentorship
● Mentor strategists and planners, nurturing their strategic, analytical, and storytelling
capabilities.
● Build and scale internal processes that align strategy, creative, and business teams
toward shared goals.
● Lead workshops, ideation sessions, and training to elevate strategic thinking across
the organization.
● 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand consulting,
preferably in a top-tier agency or marketing environment.
● Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth, client retention, and business
performance.
● Strong understanding of brand planning, communication strategy, and consumer
behavior.
● A portfolio of insight-led campaigns that demonstrate impact on brand and business
outcomes.
● Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and leadership skills.
● Strong commercial understanding — ability to link strategy and creativity to business
growth metrics.
● A strategic leadership seat in shaping the agency’s growth and creative direction.
