Role Summary

P&L and new‑business ownership

Pure Hunter | Revenue Scaling | AI‑Native GTM

Location: NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida) or Hyderabad

Experience: 7–15 years

Compensation: 55–85 LPA

Key Responsibilities – Sales & P&L

  • New Logo Hunting (Primary KPI)
  • Own a personal sales quota and build a 0→1→10X pipeline in your vertical.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise logos; this is 80–90% hunting, not farming or delivery.

GTM & Vertical Ownership

  • Define who to sell to, what to sell, and how: ICP, use cases, pricing, and deal structures.
  • Run campaigns, founder‑style outreach, and CXO‑level conversations to open new markets.
  • AI / Tech‑Led Solution Selling
  • Sell AI‑native platforms and solutions, not body‑shopping or staff‑augmentation.
  • Translate client problems into AI/ML‑driven use cases with product and tech teams, then carry those into the deal cycle.

P&L Responsibility

  • Own revenue and contribution margin for your practice; decide which accounts, segments, and bets to double‑down on.
  • Build a lean sales pod around you after traction is visible; this is initially an individual‑contributor hunter role with founder‑like ownership.

Candidate Profile

  • Core Identity: Hunter, Not AM/Delivery
  • 7-15 years total experience with at least 4–5 years in hardcore hunting / new‑business sales (not renewals, CS, or delivery).
  • Clear, demonstrated record of opening new logos and growing ARR/GMV in an IT/SaaS/AI/product environment.

Domain Background (Mandatory)

  • Deep exposure in Healthcare /Pharma/RCM/HealthTech

    OR

    BFSI/FinTech/Payments Lending, with the ability to “speak the client’s language” in that domain.

Tech & AI Fluency

Comfortable selling cloud, data, or AI products; able to discuss AI adoption, data, security, and integration with CXOs

Mindset & Band

  • Entrepreneurial builder who prefers ambiguity, early‑stage challenges, and personally carrying a number.
  • Target band: typically 7–15 years’ experience; the mandate is oriented towards candidates in the sub‑40 age bracket with headroom to grow the practice.
  • This is not an account management or delivery role. It is a 

    frontline, quota‑carrying hunter position

     for leaders who live in the market, open new doors, and scale revenue from 0→10X.
  • If your core identity is “I sell, I hunt, I build new revenue”, this will be a strong fit.
