Job Description

As the Vertical HR Head for Manufacturing and Telecom division, you will be responsible for executing interventions to optimize cost and productivity, implementing and scaling legally compliant workforce models, and establishing performance and retention frameworks. You will also drive succession planning across key leadership roles, ensure the execution of engagement, culture, and inclusion frameworks, and lead talent development in the region. Your role will also involve managing work disruption and union management, as well as engaging with labour authorities. In terms of customer acquisition and closure, you will support HR readiness in new business acquisition, guide talent and manpower plans for new sites, and build HR solutions for customer RFPs and sales teams. Additionally, you will govern HR design, costing, and delivery for new projects, and program manage people-side closures for transitioning sites. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices and principles, and the ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
