About the Role

Recykal is seeking passionate and dynamic candidates for its Recycler

Development Program (RDP) an initiative designed to strengthen Recykals supply-side network by building direct relationships with recyclers across India. This role involves recycler identification, onboarding, relationship management, and operational oversight to create a verified, state-wise recycler ecosystem. The position is critical in enabling Recykal to meet EPR targets, enhance fulfillment

efficiency, and establish a sustainable circular economy model.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recycler Identification & Outreach

• Identify and engage with recyclers in assigned states across

categories (Plastics, EBT, Oil, Non-Ferrous, etc.).

• Conduct preliminary research and data mining to map

recycler facilities, capacity, and compliance status.

• Pitch Recykal’s EPR business model to onboard new recyclers.

2.Recycler Onboarding & Evaluation

• Carry out KYC verification, compliance documentation, and

due diligence as per CPCB norms.

• Evaluate recyclers using a structured grading system (A, B, C) based

on capacity, reliability, and past performance.

• Support category heads in fulfilling monthly and quarterly

onboarding targets.

3.Field Operations & Relationship Management

• Conduct regular recycler visits for validation, audits, and

relationship strengthening.

• Build strong partnerships with recyclers to ensure smooth material

flow and credit fulfillment.

• Address operational challenges and escalate risks or

non-compliance issues to the central team.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Update recycler data in HubSpot for tracking engagement,

validation, and visit plans.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, MOMs, and

daily/weekly performance reports.

• Ensure timely reporting to category and regional leads.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Category Heads (Plastics, Non-Plastics) for

allocation and pricing discussions.

• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Tech teams for

seamless onboarding and system integration.

• Contribute inputs toward building SOPs, training manuals, and

audit frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Waste

Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

• 2–6 years of experience in EPR, vendor management,

sustainability operations, or supply chain roles.

• Field experience in recycler or supplier management preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPCB norms and EPR compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and data management skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, HubSpot, and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for recycler visits, audits,

and relationship-building.
