Position -

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large private companies to establish our company as a trusted vendor for services such as website development, mobile app development, ERP development, online marketing, call center services, data entry processes, and lead generation.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and agreements with large corporations.
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our services and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of vendor partnerships and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.3
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and partnership performance for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor development, business development, or sales in the IT services sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, ERP systems, online marketing, call centers, data entry processes, and lead generation.
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in large private companies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and generate insights to drive business strategy.
