  • Coordinate closely with sourcing, category, QC, logistics, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM/vendor partners.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with factory owners and supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs on quality, timelines, and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely vendor payments as per agreed commercial terms.
  • Track invoices, GRNs, milestones, and payment status accurately.
  • Ensure vendors follow defined quality standards and finishing benchmarks.
  • Flag quality or process deviations early and ensure corrective actions before dispatch.
  • Share regular order-wise and vendor-wise production status updates.
  • Maintain structured records of delays, issues, root causes, and corrective action plans.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Vendor-wise OTIF delivery performance
  • Production adherence to committed timelines
  • Reduction in last-minute delays and escalations
  • Quality acceptance rate at QC stage
  • Stability, reliability, and satisfaction of vendor partnerships

  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to balance relationship management with operational discipline and accountability.
