Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Manager to manage supplier and contractor relationships. The role involves procurement planning, monitoring vendor performance, ensuring quality standards, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Cultivate and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.

2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize costs.

3.Monitor supplier performance and implement process improvements.

4.Collaborate with design, operations, and sales teams to meet project requirements.

5.Mentor team members and enhance vendor management practices.

6.Ensure materials and services meet client specifications and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

1.Proven experience in vendor management/procurement (interior design/construction preferred).

2.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

3.Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.

4.Knowledge of procurement best practices and quality standards.

5.Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tools.

Experience Required:

3–7 years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in interior design or construction)
