Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Site Executive, based in Lucknow. The Project Site Executive will oversee daily operations at project sites, manage timelines, ensure quality control, and coordinate with design teams and clients. Tasks include monitoring site progress, solving on-site issues, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating material procurement, and maintaining communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Project Management and time management skills
Experience in Interior Design and knowledge of construction processes
Communication and client relationship skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and quality control
Proficiency in design software and tool
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Customer Overall CSAT Score.

External Skills And Expertise
1.Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing.2.Experience in interior project execution is a plus.3.People with Site Execution experience in Premium projects, Hotel projects, Luxury studios are preferred4.Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule.5.Must have own 2 wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
