Job Title : Home Interior Project Executive Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ Years Salary : 25-30k About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Home Interior Project Executive to manage and monitor daily site activities across modular interiors and associated civil work. The role requires strong on-site presence to ensure accuracy in execution, coordination among teams, and timely progress aligned with approved designs and quality standards. Ideal Candidate: 1+ years of experience in interior site management (modular and civil preferred). Strong understanding of modular furniture installation and civil interior activities. Ability to identify technical issues and recommend practical on-site solutions. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools. Skilled in coordination, site supervision, and daily reporting. Familiarity with AutoCAD or project tracking software is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily site visits to track the status of modular and civil works. Validate on-site measurements and readiness before modular production begins. Monitor and trace all civil activities for alignment with drawings and scope. Identify deviations or issues in civil execution and coordinate for corrections. Coordinate between design, production, vendors, and on-site teams. Ensure civil work modular installation is carried out as per the final drawings and finish specifications. Perform quality checks during and post-installation of modular components. Prepare and share Daily Progress Reports (DPR), including site photos, milestones, and material updates. Track and record work completion, materials received, and client approvals. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients regarding project progress and concerns. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 1+ years of experience in modular and civil / Interior project execution preferred. Strong understanding of modular furniture systems and civil work. Proficient in reading technical drawings (AutoCAD / Similar tools knowledge preferred). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
