Vendor Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) for Information Technology (IT) services across the organization are delivered according to specifications. Key responsibilities of the IT Vendor Management role include: - Interacting with vendors to address any concerns - Building and maintaining good relationships with both existing and new vendors - Communicating with vendors, conducting quality checks, and implementing improvements - Establishing standards and analyzing performance based on them - Developing, managing, and administering service management best practices - Monitoring SLA performance to ensure compliance with organizational needs and requirements - Managing IT vendor outsourcing in accordance with RBI Master Direction - Overseeing Contract Management, Agreement renewals, and Contract and Order renewals - Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and addressing noncompliance points identified by internal and external Auditors related to IT Outsourcing Services - Preparing due diligence checklists for IT Outsourced Services and updating the IT Vendor List and IT Outsourced Services List - Conducting periodic performance reviews of Service Providers for IT Outsourced Services Qualifications & Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field - Proven experience working as a vendor manager - Effective multitasking abilities,
