Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management:

  Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.

• Sourcing & Negotiation:

  Research potential vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure optimal value.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements.

• Contract & Compliance:

  Manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

• Risk Management:

  Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships (financial, operational, reputational).

• Issue Resolution:

  Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between vendors and internal teams.

• Reporting:

  Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on vendor performance and spending.

  Proven background in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics.
