Job Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Vendor Management (TPRM) Specialist to oversee our global vendor database and ensure compliance with vendor documentation and risk management protocols. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate vendor records and mitigating third-party risks to uphold the organization's integrity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Database Management: Maintain and update the global vendor master database, including addresses, Tax Identification Numbers (TINs), payment sites, banking details, and purchase categories. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all vendor records. Compliance and Documentation: Verify and validate vendor documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary documentation from vendors. Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Assess and monitor vendor risks, including financial stability, compliance history, and operational performance. Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain records of risk assessments. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, legal, and other relevant departments to facilitate vendor onboarding and management processes. Serve as a point of contact for vendor-related inquiries and issues. Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, or third-party risk management. Familiarity with global vendor management practices and regulatory compliance standards. Experience in conducting vendor risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. Knowledge of procurement systems and vendor management software. Experience with vendor database systems and risk assessment tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
