Vendor Management Specialist

Role Overview: As a skilled Vendor Management Resource, your primary responsibility will be to optimize vendor relationships by ensuring smooth onboarding, tracking performance, maintaining compliance, and resolving any issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Perform thorough due diligence and assess vendors based on the nature of the engagement. - Facilitate and streamline the onboarding process for new vendors. - Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure performance standards are met. - Perform vendor reconciliations and ensure alignment in accounts. - Ensure vendors comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and internal policies. - Act as the point of contact for any vendor-related issues, offering effective resolution. - Address and resolve disputes between vendors and the company in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management or a related field. - Graduate degree or equivalent. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage complex vendor relationships.
