Vendor Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Consult and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management topics - Prioritize and manage Private Bank's vendor risk assessments pipeline - Support and conduct inherent risk questionnaires (IRQs) for Private Bank - Process risk assessments in the dbTPRM application following relevant policies and procedures - Assist with post-deal activities such as Risk Reviews, Post-Go Live Controls (PGTC), and change requests - Prepare analysis, meeting materials, or presentations to facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and management approvals Qualifications Required: - Experience in Risk Management systems, tools, and processes, preferably in the Deutsche Bank environment - Vendor management experience in a global corporate, financial services, or management consulting setting - Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a global team - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Degree level education or relevant industry experience, especially in Risk- and/or Supply-Chain Management - Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language skills are beneficial - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) About the Company: Deutsche Bank strives for a culture of excellence, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
