Validation Specialist

As a Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing validation phone calls, tickets, and e-mails from Sectigo's customer base. Your role involves verifying SSL certificates, assisting with pre-sales and customer inquiries, and ensuring superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day activities related to maintaining Sectigo's customer base - Provide assistance with the verification of SSL certificates - Process various types of certificates including OV, EV, email, document, and code signing certificates - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues, escalating when necessary - Assist customers in verifying organizational details and contact information - Independently resolve customer support issues and escalate cases as needed - Respond to customer validation inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Perform other duties assigned that are related to the role and company initiatives Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's or college degree in business and/or a technical-related field or equivalent experience preferred - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer support/help desk experience, familiarity with in-house validation and order management tools, knowledge of Windows and Office products, experience with information security products - Talents and Desired Qualifications: Computer literacy, strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, superior customer service skills, comfort with online research, self-motivated, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of SSL PKI products and services preferred, integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, quick learner, patience for user questions, ability to work in a corporate environment, flexibility for shift work including holidays (Note: The additional details about the company were not included in the job description provided.),
