Role & responsibilities 1. Contract Management & Negotiations Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, distribution and supply agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, letters of intent and powers of attorney. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and support business teams in monitoring and managing contract terms. 2. Intellectual Property Management Coordinate with external IP counsel on applications, objections and other matters related to the group companies intellectual property. Assist in managing the company's IP portfolio and ensuring protection of key IP assets. 3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution Support the management of ongoing litigation and dispute resolution processes in collaboration with external counsel when necessary. Assist in identifying potential legal risks and developing effective strategies to resolve disputes. 4. Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions Provide legal support for M&A activities, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, including due diligence, documentation and risk assessment.
