UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience (UX):

·      Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.

·      Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research insights.

·      Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

User Interface (UI):

·      Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible designs.

·      Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a unified look and feel across all product suite.

·      Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.

Collaboration & Execution:

·      Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

·      Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.

·      Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and creative problem-solving.

·      Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

·      Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.

·      Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts (not mandatory but helps collaboration with developers).

·      Good communication and collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have:

·      Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms.

·      Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

·      Exposure to motion design and micro-interactions.
